Built to Code...Built for Life

Manufactured homes are the only homes which must must comply with a stringent national building code: The Federal Manufactured home Construction and Safety Standards, known as the HUD Code.

The HUD Code regulates the design, strength and durability, fire resistance, and energy efficiency of manufactured homes.  Every home shipped from the factory must have a label certifying that it complies with the HUD Code.  This label indicates that the home has undergone the most thorough inspection process in the home-building industry.
