stride. We regard the
manufactured housing industry as an honorable profession, offering an
avenue to provide valuable goods and services to the public. Joining
with others of high personal and business standards in our profession, we
pledge ourselves to: •
Hold it as our duty to act in every instance in such a manner so as
to command the respect of everyone with whom we do business; •
Employ honesty and integrity in the performance of all sales and
services; •
Support honorable principles and oppose all unethical practices in
the manufactured housing industry; •
Strictly observe all laws relative to the conduct of our business; •
Studiously avoid any personal or business practices which could
bring our firm, or the manufactured housing industry in general, adverse
notoriety or disrepute; •
Respect the authority vested in us by other individuals and
companies in the manufactured housing industry to act in their behalf in
serving the public, striving at all times to live up to the agreements
made with those with whom we do business; •
Continue to remind our employees of our business principles and
ethical standards, constantly informing them of the value of the
merchandise and/or services we provide, realizing that, if they are not
informed or misrepresent these principles and standards, intentionally or
unintentionally, harmful effects to the public, our business and the
manufactured housing industry are sure to follow; •
Strive continually to promote education, progress, fraternity and
the dignity of the manufactured housing industry in order that the public
will be better served.
