  Opportunities for Education

The Georgia Institute of Technology and GMHA created a series of courses to educate members.  The Georgia Manufactured Housing Educational Institute (GMHEI) offers workshops on industry-related topics to members throughout the year. This opportunity of continuing education provides members the chance to be on the cutting edge of an ever-changing marketplace.
  Annual Convention

Each year, members convene to share concepts, ideas and advice about manufactured housing in a relaxing and peaceful setting.  Members use this opportunity to network with a diverse selection of industry affiliates and build business contacts.  The Annual Business Session is also held during the Convention, in which members review highlights from the previous year and project plans for the upcoming year.  In addition, the Convention offers members special receptions and dinners, fishing and golfing tournaments and entertainment.
  Local Chapters

Another way in which members network and strive to advance the industry is through local GMHA chapters.  Members schedule group activities to promote education and unity within the industry at the local level.
  Resources & Research

GMHA staff maintains comprehensive and detailed reports, studies and guides that cover nearly every conceivable aspect that may influence or relate to manufactured housing.  Members are encouraged to obtain this helpful information of which they may otherwise not have access.
  Web Presence

For retailers and communities who belong to GMHA, those members' businesses are listed on the GMHA Web site by county for potential consumers who are browsing the site.
  Membership Plaque

Each new member of GMHA receives a membership plaque.  The plaque, which many members display at their place of business, communicates to customers and other industry professionals that your company belongs to an organization that leads the manufactured housing industry in Georgia.
