Membership Classification & Schedule of Dues

Retailer

Any corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship maintaining an inventory of manufactured homes within the State of Georgia, licensed as a manufactured home retailer by the State of Georgia and engaged in the retail sale of three (3) or more new or previously owned manufactured homes.  All sales centers in which the applying company retains at least 51 percent interest must be listed and included in the membership.

Annual Dues:

$200 - 1st Sales Center (includes one addressee)
$100 - 2nd Sales Center (includes one addressee)
$100 - 3rd Sales Center (includes one addressee)
$100 - 4th Sales Center (includes one addressee)
N/C - 5th or More Sales Centers (one addressee per sales center)

$500 Maximum Annual Dues

Fees for additional mailings:    
N/C - Corporate and/or regional office (one addressee)
$50/each - Additional addresses to sales center(s), corporate or regional office

Broker

Any corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship located in the State of Georgia, licensed as a manufactured home retailer by the State of Georgia and engaged in the retail sale of  three (3) or more new or previously owned manufactured homes. Brokers do not maintain an inventory of manufactured homes.

Annual Dues:

$200 - Primary Office (includes one addressee)
$100/each - Satellite Office (includes one addressee)

Fees for additional mailings:

 $50/each - Additional addressee to primary or satellite office(s)

Community/Development

Any corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship engaged in the management or developmentof a manufactured housing residential community within the State of Georgia. All communities and/or developments in which the applying company retains at least 51% interest must be included in the membership.

Annual Dues:

$200 - 1st Community/Development (includes one addressee)
$100 - 2nd Community/Development (includes one addressee)
$100 - 3rd Community/Development (includes one addressee)
$100 - 4th Community/Development (includes one addressee)
N/C - 5th+ Community/Development (includes one addressee)

Maximum Annual Dues - $500

Fees for additional mailings:

N/C - Corporate and/or regional office (one addressee)
$50/each - Additional addressee to community/development(s), corporate or regional office

Manufacturer

Any corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship engaged in the production of HUD code manufactured homes and/or state code residential and/or commercialized buildings.  Membership is per manufacturing plant facility with each licensed plant required to maintain a separate membership.

Annual Dues:

$750 - Submitted with application +
$50/per floor - Shipped to a Georgia licensed retailer or private site

Maximum Annual Dues - $800

Per floor dues must be remitted with GMHA designated form by the 30th of each month following
shipment. If manufacturer had no shipments to or within the state of Georgia during a specified month, the
designated form indicating ''no shipments'' is to be submitted to GMHA by the 30th of the
following month. Manufacturer will not be required to begin remittance of per floor dues until month following
approval of application by GMHA Board of Directors.

Supplier

Any corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship engaged in the production and/or distribution of components intended for the construction and/or installation of manufactured homes and/or state code residential and/or commercialized buildings. Divisions, subsidiaries and wholly owned companies of primary companies must retain a separate membership. Membership privileges will be restricted to those offices doing business under the same company
name as the primary member.

Annual Dues:

$200 - Primary Member (includes one addressee)
$100/each - Satellite Office (includes one addressee)

Fees for additional mailings:

N/C - Corporate and/or regional office (one addressee)
$50/each - Additional addressee to corporate and/or regional office and satellite office(s) 

Professional Service

Any corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship engaged in providing services such as financing, insurance, installation or transportation to the manufactured housing industry or homeowner. Divisions, subsidiaries and wholly owned companies of primary companies must retain a separate membership. Membership privileges will be restricted to those offices doing
business under the same company name as the primary member.

Annual Dues:

$200 - Primary Member (includes one addressee)
$100/each - Satellite Office (includes one addressee)

Fees for additional mailings:

N/C - Corporate and/or regional office (one addressee)
$50/each - Additional addressee to corporate and/orregional office and satellite office(s)
