The Georgia Manufactured Housing Association was founded to advance the availability and ownership of quality homes in the Peach State. We promote the purchase of manufactured and modular housing and the development of communities in Georgia. GMHA’s government, and consumer relations programs are directed toward these goals.

Our members are ensuring that homes are high-performing and energy-efficient — bringing more value to home buyers — and that buyers have access to smart, sustainable financing options for their home purchase.
