The Painted Sheetrock / Raven H-2483N-PS built by Live Oak Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 1,260 square feet on a 52-foot frame. In an unusual arrangement, the primary bedroom sits along the back at the center of the home, with its bath beside it and the second bath just past that. Bedroom 2 takes the back corner of one end and bedroom 3 the front corner, both opening to a large living room. The kitchen with an island and the dining area fill the opposite end, with a utility room at the back. The drawing shows an optional porch or an optional full porch along that end of the home.
