The Painted Sheetrock / Lonestar D-7724A built by Live Oak Homes is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom multi-section manufactured home with 2,491 square feet on a 76-foot frame. This plan adds a tag section to the front of the home. The primary bedroom takes the back corner of one end, with the primary bath directly in front of it. A kitchen with an island sits at the back center, beside a large living room that leads to a covered porch on the end of the home. Bedroom 2 and the dining area fill the middle, and the tag section holds bedrooms 3 and 4 with the third bath between them. An optional layout replaces bedroom 4 with a family room for a three-bedroom home. The drawing lists about 2402 square feet heated and cooled, or about 2491 with the porch.
